Please
follow the steps below.
Police
Checks are "Free" for volunteers only, under the Tennis SA
Volunteer Organisation Authorisation
Number (VOAN). Please follow the following steps -:
The steps are:
a) Obtain a National Police
Certificate form from your local Police Station or you can print off from the
link below
b) Fill in the
form
c) take
it to your local police station with your 100 point check (see National Police
Certificate form for details)
d) the
Police Officer will sign and confirm you have provided the appropriate
information
e) Volunteer receives the
National Police Certificate form back from the Police Officer
f) Volunteer then send it
to Andrew at Tennis SA for the Volunteer Organisation
Authorisation Number (VOAN) to be entered on the form
(this ensures the police check is done at no cost)
