All the Club's tennis teams are finally kicking off !!
Juniors Update: Six wins from nine teams (with only 8 games played as two of our Orange Ball teams played each other!) - a pretty good start to the season!! Well done to all the teams and good luck next week. Round 1 results summary.
Seniors Update: Each Saturday afternoon our mixed team of 8 plays two sets of doubles and one set of singles. The competition started on the 7th of October and we enjoyed a win over Springton with a 11 sets to 5 victory. After a bye in week 2, the seniors were back in action this week taking on one of the Kersbrook sides. We had some great matches but ended up going down 10 sets to 6. This week we take on the other Kersbrook side at home so will see if we can reverse the result!
Mid week ladies: started their season on Tuesday in very warm conditions and had a very tight contest, ultimately going down by just 2 games with the sets 3 each.
